Scheduled in 2020 the travel and full shut-down took place weeks before the event. So while we like the shirt, it was of an event which never took place.

Malamalama is the "Light which brings knowledge". Often if a pohaku was broken it was further carved down into a lamp vessel. A bamboo skewered with the kukui nut was set in the remaining base. The nut is so rich in oils it can be lit on fire and serve as light and a timer. As the oils heat up they drip down to the one below, carrying the flame further down the stalk. Within the smoke are wisps of the founder Okazaki, and both a healing and martial wisp toward the flame. For the students of Osoku Wakasu dojo there is Prof Law, Prof Randle, Sensei Thabiti Sabahive, Sensei Travis Prose, and the current generation of students. 5 generations. 5 kukui nuts.

This t-shirt is everything you've dreamed of and more. It feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable and flattering for all.
